What Is the Process of Life Coaching?
My coaching methods are tailored to help you achieve your individual goals and dreams. Coaching is individualized and action-focused.

We start with a Life Assessment Questionnaire which you complete and email back. Then you and I have an initial consultation where we review the questionnaire and discuss your goals, challenges, and expectations of coaching. This initial consultation is free.

The first coaching session is when we develop an individualized plan with action steps and a timeline for identifying and achieving your goals. Then, we work together through regular interactions to implement those action steps. I provide recommendations, feedback, and practical techniques to address any specific challenges you may have. I ask questions to help you come up with strategies and how to act on them.
Examples of such questions are: "What can you do about that?" "How can you motivate yourself to take action towards this goal?" "When must this action be completed?" "What steps have you taken already, and when will you take the remaining steps?" Regular meetings and check-ins are an essential part of the coaching process. These sessions can be conducted in person, by phone, or by e-mail, depending on your preference.

What is the Time Frame of Coaching
The coaching process is unique for every individual. I work with some clients for short-term projects, and others for long-term goal achievement. Many people continue the coaching process to achieve new coaching goals, or to continue a maintenance program.
