What is the Process?
We start with a Life Assessment Questionnaire which you complete and email back. Then you and I have an initial consultation where we review the questionnaire and discuss how your symptoms of ADHD play out in your daily life. This initial consultation is free.

The first coaching session is when we develop an individualized plan with action steps and a timeline for identifying and achieving your goals. Then, we work together through regular interactions to implement those action steps. I provide recommendations, feedback, and practical techniques to address any specific challenges you may have.

The Time Frame of ADHD Coaching
The coaching process is unique for every individual. The time frame for individual coaching relationships varies. I work with some clients for short-term projects, and others for long-term goal achievement.
